How you make your Monday determines what happens in the rest of the week. Why not make your Monday the best of it all demonstrating a positive will power and can-do attitude channelled towards achieving your purpose and your goals. Be kind to people, live right and live well.
Monday to most people can be very stressful but if you care to know; the reality is that it is back to work time!
Did you know that you can stay motivated by setting achievable and realistic Healthy goals in a timely fashion? If you haven’t engaged in a physical activity before, I encourage you to actively start doing one. Exercise by walking from 10minutes up to 30minutes five days a week depending on your capacity and capability. Do not be too hard on yourself, make it a long term goal and get used to it.
Did you also know that you can make a healthy lifestyle a fun? Find a buddy, network in your community and create time to do some physical activities together. Make new relationships, talk to someone and relief yourself of the drain that stress can cause you.
Assure yourself that Mondays should be the springboard to give you the zeal and optimism required for the week.
